Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 July 2026

These terms apply when you use Prova. By using the app you accept them. If you don't, please don't use it.

What Prova is

Prova is a practice tool. It simulates an interview, measures how you answered, and produces a report intended to help you prepare.

What Prova is not. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency, consulate, or embassy. It cannot predict, promise, or influence the result of any real application. A high score in Prova means you did well in a simulation and nothing more. It is not legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney–client relationship. For advice about your specific situation, consult a qualified immigration attorney.

Honesty

Prova will not help you lie. It does not suggest false answers, coach you to conceal information, or help you construct a story that isn't true. Misrepresentation to immigration authorities is a serious matter that can result in a permanent ban.

You agree not to use Prova to prepare a dishonest account of your circumstances. We may end access for anyone who does.

Accuracy

Interview practices, eligibility rules, and required documents change frequently and vary by country, consulate, and individual circumstance. The material in Prova reflects our understanding at the time it was written and may be out of date. Always confirm against official sources such as travel.state.gov.

Credits and payment

Prova is sold as credits: one credit covers one full interview and its report. Credits are a one-time purchase, not a subscription. They do not expire.

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and their refund policies apply — we cannot issue refunds on their behalf. If a session fails because of a fault on our side, the credit is returned to you automatically.

Credits are tied to your account. If you use Prova without linking an email address and then delete the app or change devices, we may not be able to restore them. Link an email before purchasing.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Don't share it, don't try to break or overload the service, don't attempt to extract our prompts or models, and don't use automated tools against it.

Your content

What you say and write in Prova remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: transcribing your audio, generating your report, and storing your history so you can see your progress. We do not use it to train models and we do not publish it.

Availability

We aim to keep Prova running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we shut the service down entirely, we will give notice and refund unused credits.

Liability

Prova is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decision you make, any application outcome, or any loss arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Ending access

You may stop using Prova and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protections of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
